When I founded Unqork in 2017, the mission was clear: eliminate code as the barrier to enterprise innovation. Every CIO I’d worked with faced the same treadmill, 80% of their budgets tied up in maintaining legacy code, patches, and fragile integrations. I knew there had to be a better way.

Bob is one of the few people I’ve met who can operate at both the silicon layer and the C-suite. At IBM, he spent more than 30 years leading analytics, AI, cloud, and supercomputing, driving real growth at global scale. More importantly, he understands how to evolve. He knows how to guide organizations from startup mode to disciplined, enterprise-grade execution, and how to scale with urgency. His perspective will be invaluable as we accelerate adoption of Unqork.
Over the past year, we’ve been deliberate in building the right leadership to carry Unqork into this next chapter. Most notably, we recently had Bob Picciano join Unqork as an independent board member.

Aileen Coombe, a seasoned people and culture leader with a strong track record in building high-impact HR strategies across industries, now guiding Unqork’s people function as Chief People Officer.
Together, this team gives us the muscle and vision to seize the opportunity ahead.

I’m thrilled to share that we have a lineup of exciting announcements, starting with our AI Underwriting Workbench. In weeks, not years, it will give carriers a single hub for intake, case management, and decisioning.
And that’s only the beginning. In the months ahead, we’ll introduce new ways for enterprises to harness Unqork AI to accelerate innovation, reduce complexity, and scale with confidence.
