At Unqork Create 2025, Unqork’s Richard Robinson, Chief Evangelist, and Haley Turner, Senior Product Manager, presented an insurance workflow in Unqork in which a chatbot-style interface guides customers based on their inputs.
Instead of being hardcoded, the application logic was written in plain English, enabling the AI agent to determine what further prompts to offer, what data to request, and what screens to show. In addition, they covered how genetic AI can;
- Improve UX over time through learning from historical data
- Increase security by flagging suspicious activity
- Eliminate friction and enhance application quality by adapting forms in real time
They even showed how AI can be used to restyle an Unqork application based on an existing site to enhance UI consistency and branding.
Haley concluded by highlighting that Unqork’s Agentic AI capabilities are already available to customers today, with additional features coming in Q3 2025 to make AI configuration even easier.
