During the inaugural Unqork Create conference, Unqork’s Head of Life Insurance & Retirement, Chandresh “CK” Kothari held a virtual session with Marsh’s Andreas Wetterwald (Global Marsh Deputy Chief Information Officer/CIO Marsh Americas) and Kathleen Kreuzer (Chief Business Officer for Global Operations) to discuss the two companies’ ongoing partnership.

What I think sets this platform apart from other platforms we’ve looked at is that they are very rigid and workflow-based. But our process is not linear, and you’ve been able to accommodate to our scale and complexity, but still have flexibility, which is key.”

“This pandemic has impacted like all of us, the way we’ve worked, right?,” commented Kathleen. “Our industry tends to be very people-oriented—lots of meetings with trips to see clients and trips to markets—to really kind of negotiate the deal in person. And we’ve now gone through an entire year-plus of renewals being done remotely. It’s really amplified the need for us to have digital tools.
