Casey Londregan on Caregivers
What makes me most grateful is witnessing the genuine connections and support that have blossomed within our caregivers community this year. Seeing colleagues share their experiences, offer advice, and build relationships that make their caregiving journeys a little easier is truly inspiring. To know that we’re fostering a space where caregivers feel seen, heard, and valued makes all our efforts worthwhile.

Karen Laiacona on Womxn of Unqork
I am thankful for many things this year, but what pleases me the most is the involvement of our experienced leaders in the mentorship program, which benefits the careers and lives of those who applied. Observing cross-functional pairs focused on progress was inspiring.

Kristina Richards-Colón on Chocolatey
As President of Chocolatey, I am grateful for the opportunity to champion and amplify the values of our community through various company-supported initiatives. Whether it’s engaging in meaningful conversations with Black executives both inside and outside our industry, partnering with a non-profit to give back through our annual Toy Drive, or hosting dynamic events like our inaugural Speed Networking session, every effort was aimed at fostering connection and inspiration, with career development always top of mind. Creating opportunities for our team to engage with one another throughout the year has been a true privilege and gift to be part of!

Cliff Coss – Unqork Access
I am thankful for the incredible passion of the Unqork Access leadership team. Without Ian and John Mark’s incredible dedication, we would never have been able to hold our exciting spotlights, challenges, and reflection pieces this year. Because of their dedication, 2024 was one of the most successful years for Unqork Access. But without our members and countless Unqork supporters, these achievements would have been worth nothing.
This year, our Unqork colleagues shared their experiences and frustrations about accessibility, participated in exciting challenges that flexed their skills, and explored ways we can improve accessibility at Unqork and in our daily lives. I’m grateful to all who participated in making this year one of caring—asking the tough questions and sharing vulnerabilities. Without these stories and the willingness to share them with others, the question of accessibility would never be answered. Thank you all for what you do.

Brent Burk – Qork.API
What has made me feel most grateful during my tenure as an ERG leader in 2024 is witnessing the transformation of our Asian and Pacific Islander ERG, now known as Qork.API, from an inactive group into an active, growing community. Through hosting cultural trivia nights and AAPI film screenings, we’ve taken meaningful first steps to bring all employees together to learn about and connect with AAPI culture. I’m especially thankful for co-chair Daniel Ma and our members who are helping build this promising community together, and for the incredible opportunity to connect with fellow ERG leaders and colleagues across the company whom I might not have met in my day-to-day role.
