I am the Head of Design at Unqork. I lead the design team in creating the vision, strategy, and design of our configuration experiences on the Unqork platform. We partner closely with product and engineering to build experiences our users will love and that make it as easy as possible for users to learn how to use the Unqork platform and gain as much value as possible from it in their day-to-day work.
I was inspired to shine a light on the voices of women, helping to ensure their perspectives and expertise are heard and valued. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how often these voices are overlooked in tech, and I want to help change that by creating a space where we can share experiences, support each other, and drive meaningful change. By leading this group, I aim to amplify diverse perspectives, advocate for equitable opportunities, and foster a culture where everyone feels empowered to contribute and lead.
As the President of the Womxn of Unqork ERSG, my main goal is to drive momentum in the group, keeping people engaged and involved to further our mission of empowering women in the workplace and beyond. I help to schedule events, spark conversations, and bring in outside perspectives to educate and validate the experiences of women.
Though I only just recently took up the role as President of Womxn of Unqork, as a member of the group I have found this community to be so incredibly inspiring and welcoming. It’s so important to have a safe space where people can support one another through the unique challenges we experience as women, and this group has always done such an amazing job of providing that.
Unqork is tackling some of the most complex technology problems enterprise companies are facing today. There is so much to learn and understand in our customers’ challenges, but there are also so many exciting opportunities for us to keep innovating and exploring new ways to empower them in their continuous digital transformation journeys.
For anyone looking to join our team, I would say, be ready to learn quickly, and don’t be afraid to push the boundaries of what you think you know and explore ideas that are totally new. If you can do that, you will feel right at home here!
