What to expect
From start to finish, we want to make the process both efficient and rewarding for everyone involved.
NOTE: We may ask some candidates for additional interviews and/or assessments, depending on the role.
Application review
After submission, your application and resume undergoes a thorough review. Recruiters and hiring managers closely examine your background to ensure alignment with the position's demands.
Phone screen
In this conversation, the recruiter reviews your qualifications while exploring your career background, skills, and objectives. This is also your chance for the candidate to ask any questions about the role and company.
Hiring manager interview
In this interview, the hiring manager explores your experience in greater detail, with a focus on how your abilities fit the position. They'll also want to understand your approach to problem-solving and your vision for contributing to the team's success.
Assignment
For some roles, this stage may include an assignment or technical evaluation to assess your skills. It will be reviewed, and then typically discussed during your final interviews.
Final interviews
You'll engage in interviews with various Unqork stakeholders—team members, peers, and leaders—to assess your capabilities, teamwork, and Unqork fit. You also get the opportunity to meet the team and gain a genuine sense of Unqork's work environment.
Decision
To ensure a collaborative, well-informed decision, the hiring team reviews all feedback and meets to thoroughly discuss each candidate's strengths and alignment with the role and our company's Qorks. If they determine you're the ideal fit, our recruiting team will reach with with a formal offer and guide you through the next exciting steps!
